Founded February 29th 2008 - a LEAP Year; after 20 years serving non-profit organizations in various financial leadership roles, Barbara Fraser took a leap and formed Collaborative Fiscal Solutions to be a resource for non-profit mission driven organizations. 

We recognize all non-profits share a common thread--while all are strong when it comes to focus on mission and values, many encounter weakness in one or more areas of financial operation, reporting or strategies.  CFS brings to the table experience and expertise that not-for profit organizations can draw on whenever they need, serving as their virtual CFO.
